Brittany Macon provides counsel in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, finance and development, and lending. Brittany represents national, regional, and local banks, real estate developers, real estate investors, and corporate clients in a wide variety of commercial and real estate matters secured by real property, including office, multifamily, industrial, retail, hospitality and other commercial projects. She also provides assistance with general due diligence, acquisition and entitlement for residential and commercial developments.
Brittany received her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School. While at Vanderbilt, Brittany was named both a Chancellor’s Scholar and a Dean’s Scholar, and she was inducted into Phi Delta Phi, an international legal honor society.
Brittany graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science from Sewanee: The University of the South, where she was actively involved on campus, winning the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Award for character, leadership, and service to the university.
