David Marshall is an attorney in Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial law clerk extern for the Hon. Chief Justice Jeffrey S. Bivins on the Tennessee Supreme Court, where he drafted and reviewed opinions and conducted research involving complex procedural law.
David also served as a legal intern for MAPCO Express and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. His experience includes land purchase agreements and leases, terminal access agreements for petroleum acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and insurance matters, as well as transactions involving HUD-insured mortgages, bonds, low income housing tax credits, and housing assistance payments.
