Kelley Meyerriecks is a senior attorney in the Real Estate Practice Group. She drafts, negotiates and administers contracts for land leases, track leases, right of entry, and utility crossing licenses by collaborating with a range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, individuals, and governments. Kelley closely collaborates with leadership to determine effective business strategies and manage real estate assets. She has extensive experience in state real estate procurement, lease, and disposition regulatory schemes.
Prior to joining Bradley, Kelley was an attorney in the Real Estate Management Division of the State of Tennessee Department of General Services, where she drafted, negotiated and managed contracts for license and lease agreements, as well as contracts for real estate brokers, designers, and environmental remediation providers. She presented complex real estate transactions to state regulatory boards and represented the state on zoning matters involving metro government council decisions and state property.
