Taylor Monnig provides counsel to clients in real estate, healthcare, corporate, and finance transactions, including commercial leasing matters, secured lending and loan modifications, and corporate formation and management.
Taylor represents both lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, including the financing, leasing, and acquisitions of long term care and senior housing facilities. She also has experience drafting, reviewing, and advising companies regarding general business contracts, employment contracts, and corporate organizational and management documents, as well as assisting nonprofit companies in applying for and maintaining tax-exempt status.
In addition to her real estate transactional work, Taylor also has experience reviewing Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Reports for current soil or groundwater contamination or the potential for future contamination based on the client’s expected use of the property, respectively. Further, she has experience in negotiating and drafting the required agreements to obtain a Brownfield Voluntary Agreement for the investigation and/or remediation of a site that is complicated by the presence of pollution.
