Daniel Murdock focuses his practice on representing various clients throughout the construction industry, including owners, design professionals, general contractors, and subcontractors, with drafting their construction contracts, providing project counsel, and resolving construction disputes.  Prior to joining Bradley, Daniel worked for an Am Law 100 law firm in Houston where he represented clients in drafting and negotiating construction-related agreements—including EPC, EPCM, design-build, and construction agreements—for the development of multibillion-dollar industrial projects, such as LNG export facilities, petrochemical plants, and oil refineries.

In addition, Daniel has represented construction industry clients in resolving a variety of construction disputes in different jurisdictions throughout the United States and around the globe. He has successfully resolved over 50 construction-related matters through litigation, domestic and international arbitration, mediation, and other dispute avoidance mechanisms.

Daniel is also a former federal prosecutor with the U.S. Attorney’s office in the Northern District of Alabama, where he tried multiple jury trials and prosecuted a broad range of criminal matters on behalf of the government.
