Daniel Paulson’s practice focuses on both financial services litigation and compliance issues. In litigation matters, he is involved with motion practice, discovery, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Daniel also counsels businesses with privacy, data governance, and intellectual property issues. His work ranges from drafting privacy policies and providing CCPA guidance to registering copyrights and trademarks.
Daniel received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was on the staff of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. He also earned a B.A. in History and Business from Calvin College.
