Gabe Rincón is an associate in Bradley’s Construction Practice Group.
Gabe earned his J.D. (summa cum laude) from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he was the development editor for the South Texas Law Review, a member of the Student Bar Association, and an officer on the Board of Advocates. He also taught Property Law to first and second-year law students as a Langdell Scholar.
Gabe was an advocate and brief writer for South Texas College of Law Houston’s moot court program, winning multiple brief awards. As a result of his moot court success, Gabe was chosen as a recipient of the “State Bar of Texas: Award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy,” which is awarded annually to one graduating student from each Texas law school for demonstrated excellence in written and oral advocacy. Gabe has been inducted to the Order of the Barristers, Order of the Scribes, and the Order of the Lytae. He received the Dean’s Outstanding Advocate Award, the Oil & Gas Award, and the CALI award for the highest grade in nine of his classes.
During law school, Gabe interned with Judge Caroline Baker, formerly the presiding judge of the 295th Civil District Court, and worked as a research assistant for Professor Elaine A. Carlson, one of the most renowned names in Texas civil litigation practice.
