For example, he often prosecutes and defends cases involving breach of contract, tortious interference with business relationships, unjust enrichment, fraud, and conversion. Kyle also has litigated cases alleging business torts, breach of fiduciary duties, securities fraud, and violation of Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA). In addition, he has experience litigating federal and state Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act claims.
