Kyle Robisch regularly represents businesses and their owners in state and federal courts nationwide, although he focuses on Florida-based federal and state litigation. For example, he often prosecutes and defends cases involving breach of contract, tortious interference with business relationships, unjust enrichment, fraud, and conversion. Kyle also has litigated cases alleging business torts, breach of fiduciary duties, securities fraud, and violation of Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA). In addition, he has experience litigating federal and state Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act claims. And he often orchestrates defense of mass action, class action, and multi-district litigation.

Kyle also represents individuals in all manner of personal and business cases. For instance, he has litigated trust and estate disputes, defamation, invasion of privacy, and condominium association disputes for individuals and businesses.
