Patrick Schach concentrates his practice on financial services litigation and compliance, as well as labor and employment matters. His experience includes bank representation in defense of statutory and common law claims in the mortgage context. In the labor and employment realm, he has defended employers against all varieties of discrimination allegations, contract claims, prevailing wage disputes, and whistleblower claims.
As an experienced litigator, Patrick tailors his approach to the unique challenges and goals of his clients. He is adept at preparing matters for trial when necessary, as well as securing dismissal of claims prior to trial through motion practice or negotiation. Patrick is a veteran negotiator and has obtained dozens of favorable resolutions for his clients through formal mediation and informal processes.
Patrick’s compliance work includes assisting clients with internal reviews of processes and procedures to ensure adherence to ever-changing statutes and regulations. Before law school, Patrick worked in the business world and calls on his earlier experience in helping his clients craft compliant solutions that make business sense.
Prior to joining Bradley, Patrick worked in an employment and commercial litigation law practice in Lexington, Kentucky, where he represented a variety of businesses and entities, including energy companies, universities, horse farms, large retailers, restaurants, and general contractors.
