Jeff Sheehan brings appellate experience and a practical perspective to bear on clients’ legal and business challenges from the earliest stages of conflicts through final appeals in state and federal courts. Jeff joined Bradley following a clerkship with the Hon. Gilbert S. Merritt of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Now, Jeff collaborates with attorneys across the firm to advance clients’ interests in disputes involving everything from simple contract or tort claims to cases involving fair competition, insurance coverage disputes and investigations, state action theories, and other complex issues of state and federal law.
