Josh Stone assists clients with commercial real estate transactions. His experience includes working with clients on a range of transactional matters, including real estate acquisitions and development, real estate based financing and other corporate matters.
Prior to joining Bradley, Josh worked in the commercial real estate practice group at a Charlotte law firm. He counseled clients on real estate acquisitions, development and dispositions, real estate based financing and commercial leasing transactions.
Josh began practicing law in his home state of West Virginia where he worked extensively with clients in the oil and gas industry. Josh also practiced law as a solo practitioner assisting clients with real estate acquisitions, business formation and corporate governance matters.
Prior to practicing law, Josh worked as a financial advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors in his hometown of Morgantown, West Virginia.
Josh received his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law, where he was a member of the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic, which provided legal services to non-profit corporations and small businesses by assisting in business formation, product planning, and protecting and commercializing intellectual property. Josh earned his B.S. (with honors) in Economics from West Virginia University.
