      Obtained a dismissal for the City of Jackson in a high-profile employment law case involving claims against the city and chief of police, as well as allegations against other high-ranking Jackson Police Department officers. Also successfully moved for summary judgment on plaintiff’s claims against Chief Vance after protracted discovery.

      Marsh, et al. v. Wallace, et al. (S.D. Miss.)
      Obtained bench verdict against closing attorney in legal malpractice action arising out of the sale of a large inventory of rental properties.

      Martin v. Phillips 66 Company, et al. (Circuit Court of Jones County, Mississippi)
      Obtained summary judgment for oilfield service company in asbestos exposure action.

      Bernard v. Petroleum Resource Management, Inc., et al. (38th Judicial District Court, Cameron Parish, Louisiana)
      Successfully negotiated favorable settlement for client in lawsuit brought by property owners against oil and gas leaseholders and operators for injunction relief and monetary damages in excess of $450 million, arising out of those defendants alleged violations of Louisiana environmental laws vis-à-vis the disposal of produced water.
