Kevin Woltjen advises clients in corporate and securities law matters involving mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings, corporate governance, and negotiation and documentation of venture capital transactions.

His practice includes public and private securities offerings and regulation; mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings; corporate governance; negotiation and documentation of venture capital transactions; and financing and other contractual transactions. Kevin also advises clients in structuring and implementing their business plans. For very high net worth individuals, such planning often involves family office and asset protection considerations.

Kevin has represented clients in a variety of industries and business segments, including energy, technology, financial service, transfer agent, telecommunication, hospitality, restaurant, retail, and manufacturing. He advises clients in all stages of development and growth, and has advised clients in the purchase and sale of distressed assets and businesses, both in and out of bankruptcy.

Kevin represents clients that vary from Fortune 200 companies to smaller public companies to successful entrepreneurs. For very large companies, Kevin helps with specific transactions and projects, while for other clients he serves as outside general counsel.
