Adam Yost assists corporations and individuals navigate regulatory investigations, civil enforcement actions and criminal investigations brought by various government agencies. As a former government trial lawyer and enforcement attorney -- as well as an aide, strategist and researcher to candidates for every office from state representative to president -- Adam brings a unique perspective to white collar matters.
Prior to joining Bradley, Adam served as an Assistant Attorney General and Special Projects Counsel to the Deputy Attorney General in the Office of the Virginia Attorney General. In that role he worked with state and federal law enforcement and regulators to pursue enforcement actions against Wall Street banks, construction contractors, and public officials. Adam led successful investigations into abusive labor practices in the construction industry and violations of the False Claims Act and state analogues.
His insight as to how the government assesses complex cases helps Adam achieve beneficial settlements on behalf of his clients without government intervention. With experience in state and federal trial and appeals courts, he is willing to fight when necessary.
