Jack Levy was counsel before retiring from Bradley. He concentrated his practice in the areas of employer resources, employee benefits and executive compensation, corporate and business, healthcare, taxation and estate and trust planning. Jack represented numerous closely held businesses, professionals and professional corporations and negotiated and closed sales of professional practices and closely held business practices. He also lectured throughout the United States on issues relating to pension and welfare benefits as well as healthcare matters.
