Anna Lashley practices primarily in the firm’s Government Enforcement and Investigations Practice Group, representing companies and individuals in a range of government and internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, white-collar criminal defense matters, compliance issues, civil litigation, and enforcement actions. 

Her experience includes representing individuals and corporations in complex matters involving the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and other government agencies. She has defended individuals in a variety of matters, including matters alleging healthcare fraud, wire fraud, procurement fraud, mail fraud, and securities fraud, and has defended civil and criminal investigations involving the False Claims Act. Anna also has experience assisting with large-scale investigations, such as responding to subpoenas and civil investigative demands, document collection and review, advising on compliance concerns, and presenting to governmental agencies.

Prior to joining Bradley, Anna clerked for two years for the Hon. Robert D. Okun at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Anna graduated from American University Washington College of Law (magna cum laude) and was named to the Order of the Coif.
