Bradley has been named a 2023 “Tipping the Scales” firm by the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance for having 50% or more women in their 2023 U.S.-based new partner class. Recipients were honored at the Alliance’s Annual Conference on November 2 in Washington, D.C.

“Our firm is honored by this recognition that highlights our commitment to promoting leadership among our women lawyers and to supporting women in the legal industry,” said Bradley Chairman of the Board and Managing Partner Jonathan M. Skeeters. “We are confident in the trajectory of our firm culture and are pleased to see the elevation of women at law firms throughout the country.”

Bradley announced in January 2023 that 15 firm attorneys had been elevated to partner, which included eight women. The firm also announced that two women had been elevated to counsel.

The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance is a think tank dedicated to transforming organizational cultures and has been researching the best practices and advising and collaborating with law firms for more than a decade. The annual New Partner Report, first published in 2012, compiles and analyzes publicly released data from members and the nation’s largest and top-grossing law firms, focusing on the gender breakdown of attorneys promoted to partnership. Out of the more than 200 law firms researched for the 2023 New Partner Report, Bradley was one of 75 firms to achieve the “Tipping the Scales” recognition.
