      Successfully represented hardwood veneer supplier and employees against claims of misappropriation of trade secrets and other proprietary business information.

      Acquisition of Commercial Property
      Representation of a major retailer in the negotiation and purchase of various shopping center properties, including negotiation and resolution of various complex commercial zoning and setback issues.

      Bernard v. Petroleum Resource Management, Inc., et al. (38th Judicial District Court, Cameron Parish, Louisiana)
      Successfully negotiated favorable settlement for client in lawsuit brought by property owners against oil and gas leaseholders and operators for injunction relief and monetary damages in excess of $450,000,000, arising out those defendants alleged violations of Louisiana environmental laws vis-à-vis the disposal of produced water.
