Represented Norwegian maritime company in federal litigation and parallel arbitration arising out of allegations of theft of trade secrets and breach of agency agreement; obtained a favorable settlement after several years of litigation. Assisted with the representation of an oilfield service company in a down-hole damage case, wherein the plaintiff claimed that the oilfield service company provided products that caused the loss of the well. Defended numerous oil and gas operators and oilfield service providers against oilfield-related personal injury claims across Texas.
