Jon Paul Hoelscher helps construction and energy companies solve problems as efficiently as possible. Board certified in construction law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Jon Paul is often called to serve as a trusted legal advisor to his clients, providing a 360-degree approach to risk management, litigation and general business issues. His practice focuses on advising clients in the construction, energy, and oil and gas industries. He often represents general contractors, subcontractors, oil field service companies, product and equipment manufacturers, as well as property owners and developers in a wide range of transactional and litigation matters.

Jon Paul’s litigation practice includes the defense and prosecution of lien, bond and delay claims, OSHA investigations, conferences and appeals, oil field and energy litigation, mineral rights/royalty disputes, wrongful death and catastrophic personal injuries, product liability, construction litigation, employment disputes, insurance, general and complex commercial disputes, and premises liability.

In addition to his litigation practice, he is often asked to counsel clients, both large and small, on general business issues including contracts, leases, construction-related agreements, master service agreements, routine oil and gas contracts, OSHA compliance and recordkeeping, and employment issues.
