Grant Premo represents financial services institutions across the country in a variety of residential and commercial litigation matters. Grant's experience involves defending clients in a variety of lawsuits involving violations of the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act (HOEPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), the Telephone Collection Practices Act (TCPA), mortgage fraud, unfair and deceptive trade practices, government loan programs, mortgage lending, servicing, and securitization practices. He also assists financial services clients facing investigations and enforcement actions by the CFPB and other regulators.

In addition to his financial services clients, Grant defends corporations in complex litigation matters, including securities litigations and in arbitration proceedings. His litigation experience also includes leading expansive e-discovery efforts, including assisting clients with potential e-discovery spoliation issues.
