      Represented ENR-ranked construction manager at risk in dispute against hospital owner arising from wrongful termination of contract for construction of new $300 million hospital.

      Represented developer of wind power generating facility against turbine supplier arising out of defective turbines.

      Represented EPC contractor in defense of claims arising out of design, specification and furnishing of components on solar power generating projects.

      Represented general contractor in AAA arbitration relating to differing site conditions claim against project developer, including recovery of client’s attorneys’ fees, and confirmation of the arbitration award.

      Represented contractor in federal court against manufacturer of highway bridge trapezoidal arches.

      Advised and represented multiple subcontractors asserting delay and interference claims on state-funded project.

      Represented owner of hydroelectric power generating project in international arbitration against contractor.

      Represented electrical subcontractor in arbitration against construction manager and owner relating to deficient project design, delays, and interference.

      Represented general contractor in defense of claims of non-payment resulting from the fraudulent diversion by a third party of payments intended to be made to a subcontractor.

      Obtained favorable result for an EPC contractor in a lawsuit against the developer of a 100-MW solar power plant for wrongful termination of an LNTP contract.

      Negotiated settlement on behalf contractor in a multi-project, multi-lawsuit breach of contract dispute with the owner-operator of national fast food chains that required full resolution of more than 50 subcontractor and supplier claims and associated lawsuits.

      Assisted the representation of a mechanical contractor in a lawsuit against the developer of a hotel for breach of contract violation of the Alabama Prompt Payment Act and other equitable claims.

      Represented municipality in termination of contractor in default and successfully asserted claims against contractor’s performance bond.

      Counseled client during informal dispute resolution with project owner related to differing site condition claim during horizontal directional drilling operations.

      Obtained settlement in favor of electrical contractor on contractor’s claims for damages resulting from owner delay, cost escalation, and additional work against owner-developer of residential condominium complex.

      Regularly represents federal contractors asserting claims and defenses against government agencies related to delays, suspensions of work, changed site conditions and other contractual disputes.

      Assisted in representation of contractor alleging warranty and defect claims against subcontractor that supplied modular units under a federal contract.
