Negotiating Claims with the Federal Government

Negotiating claims with the federal government can take place under many different and often complex circumstances, whether seeking money from the government, avoiding government fines and penalties, or protecting the client from suspension, debarment, or even criminal prosecution. This program will discuss negotiations of affirmative claims against the government, as well as negotiations in defense of civil False Claims Act, criminal investigations and administrative actions.
