Every construction project has a set of risks that must be successfully managed. This seminar is intended to be useful for prime contractors, developers, trade contractors, and designers, and will provide information that everyone from a superintendent to a project executive can use to help analyze and make informed decisions on these challenging topics when managing their projects. Join us for an interactive session as Bradley's construction lawyers share timely advice and practical suggestions on reducing the exposure to risk when key issues arise in construction projects.

As a refresher, the seminar covers topics including:

  • Drawings and Specifications
  • Managing Changes
  • Claims of Defective Work
  • Suspensions, Terminations, and Overcoming the Defaulting Subcontractor or Supplier
  • Warranties and Post-Completion Claims
  • Navigating Tariffs and Escalation Clauses
  • State-Specific Law Updates

The sessions take place in Charlotte, Birmingham, Tampa, and Nashville, with specific dates and times listed in the invite.
