These disputes typically involve claims related to white-collar criminal matters, including False Claims Act violations, healthcare fraud, securities fraud, kickbacks, and clawback actions involving alleged fraudulent transfers.

Prior to joining Bradley, Mr. Besen was a partner at Gray Reed & McGraw LLP.

Mr. Besen received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University.
