David Vance Lucas Appointed to City of Huntsville Advisory Council on Economic Development

Bradley is pleased to announce that David Vance Lucas, a partner in the firm’s Huntsville office, has been appointed to the City of Huntsville Advisory Council on Economic Development.

“David is a respected leader in this community and within the firm and his contributions to this council will undoubtedly benefit the City of Huntsville,” said Bradley Huntsville Office Managing Partner Frank M. Caprio.

The City of Huntsville Advisory Council on Economic Development is comprised of community leaders from different areas of expertise who advise the mayor about the needs and challenges the city is facing regarding future economic development. The initiative was organized by Mayor Tommy Battle to aid in the strategic growth of Huntsville.

Mr. Lucas provides legal strategy for technology and business, utilizing his technological and operational experience to advise on a variety of intellectual property, international trade and complex litigation matters. For more than two decades, he has advised CEOs, COOs and boards of directors on legal, compliance and operational issues and has served as general counsel to an international technology company and a laboratory software company. Mr. Lucas is a frequent author and speaker on intellectual property, national security and foreign direct investment issues.
