Savills Relocates Bradley Dallas Office to Fountain Place
Savills Media Release
Global real estate advisory firm Savills executed a long-term lease transaction on behalf of law firm Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP. Bradley expanded and relocated from the Renaissance Tower to a 32,928-square-foot space at Fountain Place located at 1445 Ross Avenue in Dallas, Texas. Bradley was represented in lease negotiations by Savills Corporate Managing Director Lesa Nickelson French and Managing Director Ric Kanatzar and began occupying the new location on September 20, 2021.
“Bradley has grown significantly since entering the Dallas market in 2019 and they were seeking a larger workspace to accommodate additional staff,” said French. “At Fountain Place, the law firm nearly doubles its previous square footage and will reside in one of the most iconic and ideally situated buildings in downtown Dallas.”
The hospitality-inspired office design was provided by Gensler, and the buildout was managed by Dallas-based general contractor K2 Construction, with furniture provided by local partner bauhaus interiors. The floorplan includes a mix of open seating and private offices along with multiple collaboration areas, a reception lounge, and a restaurant-style breakroom.
Macro, A Savills Company has extensive project experience assisting legal tenants in office buildouts and relocations, and the firm provided project management services for Bradley including pre-construction and design management, procurement and construction management, and construction close-out.
“Bradley is expanding nationwide and specifically in Dallas, where we have tripled our headcount since establishing our presence in 2019,” said Jon Skeeters, Chairman of the Board and Managing Partner. “We are continuing to invest in the Dallas market and our new office space will allow us to continue to recruit top talent and provide for our clients throughout Texas.”
“Fountain Place is one of the most iconic buildings in Dallas,” said Dick Sayles, Managing Partner of the Dallas office. “Its central location and abundant amenities made it an ideal fit for our continued expansion of all of our practice areas, and the further establishment of Bradley in the Texas legal arena.” We are looking forward to welcoming clients in a warm, modern setting that mirrors our progressive company culture.”
Fountain Place is situated in the heart of the Dallas Arts District and is a distinctive architectural icon in the city skyline. Designed by legendary architect I.M. Pei, the building recently underwent an $80+ million capital investment project including a new lobby and outdoor plaza, state-of-the-art conference center, new fitness center, cooling towers with upgraded HVAC systems, and a 10-story parking garage.
