Mike Krause Quoted in the Wall Street Journal About President Biden's Free Community College Plan

Bradley senior advisor Mike Krause was quoted in the Wall Street Journal about President Biden’s free community college plan. Biden’s plan to provide two years of free community college is being sidelined amid negotiations to bring down the overall $3.5 trillion price tag of his social-policy package. Lobbyists, key Democrats, and Republican governors have provided opposition. 

“I have been surprised by the lack of enthusiasm for what is really a massive workforce development concept that also provides a path to the middle class,” Krause said. “You’d think that would hold some appeal for Republicans and Democrats.”
