Matt Lilly Interviewed by WCCB Charlotte on ACE Mentor Program for High School Students
WCCB Charlotte
Bradley partner Matt Lilly was interviewed on WCCB Charlotte about the ACE Mentor Program of America.
ACE is partnering with ABC of the Carolinas, CPCC, and The ROC to host the Annual Trades Day event on Thursday, March 24. Trades Day introduces high school students to construction trades through demonstrations and hands-on activities with a focus on architecture, engineering, and construction. Trades Day is designed to educate students about immediate trade job opportunities, internships, and their benefits.
Lilly explained the ACE Mentoring Program is an “after school program, mentoring program for kids in high school that are interested in careers in ACE fields.”
“You come after school, meet with our mentors, learn all about what it’s like to work in the construction industry,” Lilly said.
Lilly, past chair of ACE Charlotte, said people can go to www.acementor.org and search for the Charlotte affiliate to find more information. “We are always looked for new students. We are always looking for new mentors and companies to come partner with us.” For more information about the ACE Mentor program of Charlotte visit: Charlotte, NC – ACE Mentor Program of America.
