Bradley Welcomes Senior Attorney Kevin B. Mattingly to D.C. Office

Bradley is pleased to announce that Kevin B. Mattingly has returned to the firm’s D.C. office as a senior attorney in the Construction Practice Group.

Mr. Mattingly represents clients in the construction and government contracts industries, including general contractors, subcontractors, developers and homebuilders. He provides counsel to his clients on general regulatory compliance, employment disputes, insurance coverage, bid protests, contract drafting and negotiation, and prosecution of claims in connection with procurements. Mr. Mattingly also regularly represents clients in complex litigation matters and is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation. He has frequently appeared in state and federal court and has co-authored numerous appellate briefs filed in the United States Supreme Court and various United States Courts of Appeal.

A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, Mr. Mattingly received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina. He is a member of the Construction Law Section of the Maryland Bar Association and the Government Contracts Community of the District of Columbia Bar Association, as well as the Forum on Construction Law of the American Bar Association. Mr. Mattingly is also a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America and has been listed in Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” since 2016.
