Bradley partner Riley Key was quoted in the Birmingham Business Journal on Bradley’s approach to the expanding industry, comparing the legal aspects of crypto to the early internet.
Bradley has built a small team with a strong drive to understand and work in this space, Key told the BBJ when asked how to best succeed within this area.
“Back in the early days of the internet, there were lawyers that did at that time, what we would call ‘internet law,’ Key said. “Well, as we know now, and as we sit here in 2022, internet law just covers literally everything in the world.”
He added that since crypto companies have many of the same needs as other companies have, collaboration has been the key to providing service for his clients within this space.
“At this point, you basically have to know a decent amount about a lot of different things and also be willing to rope in people who have more traditional expertise in things that you don’t,” Key explained.
