Bradley's Giovanni P. Giarratana Honored by Florida Bar

Bradley is pleased to announce that Giovanni P. Giarratana was recognized with the Florida Bar’s President’s Award and the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division (YLD) President’s Award during the Florida Bar Annual Convention held in June. He also has been reappointed to a third term on the Board of Governors of the Florida Bar’s YLD and will serve the 2023-2024 term representing the 13th Circuit.

Mr. Giarratana was recognized by the outgoing Florida bar president with the 2023 President’s Award for his work on the Florida Bar’s Special Committee on Greater Public Access to Legal Services, which was charged to study and recommend ways to improve the delivery of legal services to Florida’s consumers and to assure that Florida lawyers occupy a proper and prominent role in the provision of those services.

For the second consecutive year, Mr. Giarratana was named a recipient of the Florida Bar YLD President’s Award, presented annually by the outgoing YLD president to members who have exhibited exemplary work and service. He was recognized for his efforts on developing a financial wellness webinar series for young lawyers, demonstrating his commitment to the YLD.

Mr. Giarratana is a member of Bradley’s Government Enforcement and Investigation’s Practice Group and represents clients faced with civil and criminal investigations, enforcement actions, and compliance issues across various industries. He also assists clients in complex litigation and with issues related to securities fraud, shareholder disputes, employment discrimination and patent infringement. Mr. Giarratana is an active member of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, recently serving a three-year term as a board member, and is a current ex-officio board member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division.
