Bradley Partner David Pugh Named Chair-Elect of Associated Builders and Contractors Executive Committee

Bradley is pleased to announce that Birmingham partner David Pugh has been elected to serve as the 2024 Chair-elect of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) National Board of Directors. He will serve a one-year term starting January 1, 2024.

Mr. Pugh is a member of Bradley’s Construction Practice Group and represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, insurers, and sureties throughout the United States. He has advised clients at every stage of construction projects and regularly drafts and negotiates contracts for numerous large-scale projects. Mr. Pugh has participated in trials, hearings, appellate arguments, mediations and arbitrations throughout the country and has argued before the United States Supreme Court regarding the construction of a natural gas pipeline. He is listed in Chambers USA in Alabama in the area of Construction and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America since 2009.

Mr. Pugh is actively involved with the ABC, in which he served as Secretary of the National Board and Southeast Region Vice Chair in 2023. He also is a current member of the ABC Alabama Chapter’s Board of Directors in which he served as Chairman in 2017.
