Bradley’s D.C. Office Moves to New Space at 1900 K Street
Bradley has relocated its Washington, D.C., office into new space in the 1900 K Street building. The firm now occupies the entire eighth floor at 1900 K Street NW, Suite 800, totaling 28,251 square feet.
“This upgraded office space provides us with an enhanced, modern work environment at a significant cost savings,” said Bradley Washington, D.C., Office Managing Partner Michael S. Koplan. “The move was motivated by our continued efforts to give our clients the best-in-class, value-driven legal services they’re looking for.”
The new space, which is in a 13-story, Class “A” office building managed by JLL and leased by Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., has windows on all four sides that maximize light and views. It also offers a large roof terrace with spectacular views of the Washington skyline. Ideally situated in the central business district at the corner of K Street and 19th Street, the building is easily accessible by Bradley and its clients and is near many key D.C. landmarks.
The D.C. office move follows on the heels of Bradley’s new office space in Atlanta and Nashville, which were a response to the firm’s successful growth strategy across its footprint.
