Beau Byrd Named to BBJ's Who's Who in Commercial Real Estate 2025

For the sixth consecutive year, attorney Beau Byrd has been recognized in the Birmingham Business Journal’s 2025 Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate.

With a focus on commercial real estate and lending transactions, Byrd has been active in the city’s legal community for over three decades. His experience as a law clerk to a U.S. bankruptcy judge and as a practicing bankruptcy attorney in his early career gives him a unique advantage in assisting clients with commercial transactions. His practice covers commercial real estate acquisition and development and lending transactions, including multi-family, industrial, retail, senior housing, office spaces, new market tax credits and historic tax credits.
