Bradley Attorneys Sumner Fortenberry and Caroline Bradley-Kenney Graduate from 2025 Mississippi Bar Leadership Forum
Bradley is pleased to announce that Sumner Fortenberry and Caroline Bradley-Kenney have graduated as part of the 2025 class of the Mississippi Bar Leadership Forum.
The Leadership Forum seeks to serve the legal profession by equipping participants with the vision, knowledge, and skills necessary to serve as leaders in their profession and local communities. The class of 2025 was a select cohort of 22 distinguished attorneys who demonstrated leadership in their past accomplishments and current activities and are members of the Mississippi Bar, having been in practice for three to 12 years.
Mr. Fortenberry is a litigator who primarily focuses his practice on construction and commercial matters, specifically cases involving breaches of contract and business torts. He also has experience in a wide variety of other substantive areas, including insurance coverage disputes, shareholder disputes, employment matters, and governmental affairs. He also has handled appeals in multiple federal circuit courts and the Mississippi Supreme Court.
Ms. Bradley-Kenney is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Her work spans a broad range of matters, where she supports clients in reaching their business objectives with efficiency and cost-conscious strategies. Ms. Bradley-Kenney also focuses her practice on the cannabis industry, monitoring industry trends and legislative developments to provide timely and proactive guidance to clients. She is a member of the Capital Area Bar Association's Bench and Bar committee and is an active alumnus of the University of Southern Mississippi.
