Bradley Partner Pat Alexander Elected Fellow of American College of Bond Counsel

Bradley partner Patrick L. Alexander has been elected a Fellow of the American College of Bond Counsel (ACBC).

The ACBC recognizes lawyers who have established reputations among their peers for their experience, skill and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of municipal bond law. Membership is limited and nominees must have at least 10 years of substantial experience in the field to be considered for admission as a Fellow.

For more than 40 years, Mr. Alexander has provided strategic counsel to clients in all aspects of public finance, including tax-exempt and taxable debt financing transactions. He serves as bond counsel to various public authorities and other entities, including Nashville Electric Service, helping to secure funding for infrastructure and essential services across Tennessee.

Mr. Alexander is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, as well as the Nashville, Tennessee and American bar associations. He is a Fellow of the Nashville Bar Foundation and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America®in the area of Public Finance Law since 2005. Mr. Alexander earned his B.A. and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University.
