Alex Thrasher Selected for Alabama AGC “40 Under 40” for 2025

Bradley is pleased to announce that Alex Thrasher, an associate in the firm’s Birmingham office, has been named to the Alabama Associated General Contractors’ (AGC) 2025 “40 Under 40” in Construction list. Honorees were recognized at an awards event on September 11.

The list, published by Alabama AGC and Business Alabama, recognizes outstanding up-and-coming members of Alabama’s construction community. Honorees have demonstrated a high level of leadership, professional excellence and commitment to the construction industry.

Mr. Thrasher has more than 17 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked for 10 years as a project manager prior to attending law school. He draws on that experience to bring a practical view to cases to help achieve successful outcomes for his clients. Mr. Thrasher advises clients on all aspects of project administration, dispute avoidance, claim management, and dispute resolution, and has broad litigation experience involving construction defects, project delays, differing site conditions, change orders and directives, contract termination, lien and bond claims, and insurance coverage issues.

Mr. Thrasher has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America in the areas of Construction Law and Litigation – Construction and in Mid-South Super Lawyers’ “Rising Stars,” as well as listed in Business Alabama’s Legal Elite 2025.
