Casey Miller Selected to NBJ's "40 Under 40" for 2026

Bradley is pleased to announce that Casey Miller has been named to the Nashville Business Journal’s 2026 “40 Under 40” list.

The annual list includes young professionals that are leading companies, shaping their communities and forging a path for the next generation. The awards honor up-and-coming stars of the Music City’s business scene who have distinguished themselves in their fields before the age of 40.

Ms. Miller represents clients in a variety of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters. She has a diverse practice focused on business tort litigation, product liability defense, contract disputes, fiduciary-duty claims involving corporate directors and officers, intellectual property litigation, real estate litigation, disputes over noncompete and non-solicitation agreements, and mass tort and multidistrict litigation. She practices in both state and federal courts across the country.

Ms. Miller has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America^® and The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch, and she is listed in Mid-South Super Lawyers "Rising Stars." She is a Fellow of both the American Bar Association and the Nashville Bar Association. She serves on the NBA Board of Directors and received the NBA’s President’s Award in 2024 and 2025.

The “40 Under 40” honorees will be recognized at an awards reception on March 19, 2026.
