Bradley Associate Lina Machado Bejarano Named 2026 On the Rise in Georgia Winner by Southeastern Legal Awards

Bradley is pleased to announce Lina Machado Bejarano, an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office, has been selected as an “On the Rise in Georgia” winner by the 2026 Southeastern Legal Awards presented by ALM’s Law.com and the Daily Report.

The Southeastern Legal Awards honor attorneys in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, and Tennessee who have left an indelible mark on the legal community in the Southeast and beyond through their unwavering dedication to the profession. The On the Rise awards recognize attorneys under the age of 40 who are innovators, developing unique practice niches, amassing robust books of business, demonstrating strong leadership qualities, showing expertise in litigation or transactional work, and committing themselves to pro bono, charitable and professional volunteer work. Winners will be honored at an awards ceremony in Atlanta on May 7, 2026.

An attorney in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, Ms. Machado Bejarano helps clients resolve disputes in court, as well as before alternative dispute resolution bodies. Her experience includes assisting with a variety of civil matters, including business and commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, and class action proceedings, as well as white-collar defense and other criminal matters before federal courts. 

Ms. Machado Bejarano is deeply involved with the Georgia legal Latino community and has devoted substantial time to supporting the professional development of Latino law students. As part of these efforts, she serves as a board member of the Georgia Latino Law Foundation (GLLF) where she co-chairs a number of programs, including exam prep and interview boot camps, and serves as the co-founder and co-director for the GLLF Judicial Internship Program, which offers judicial internship summer positions to law students across the state, placing more than 120 law students with judges across Georgia in the past five years.

Ms. Machado Bejarano is listed in Georgia Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star,” and was honored with the 2026 HNBA Top Lawyers Under 40, the KIND Pro Bono Advocate of the Year 2025, the Rising Star Award by the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association, and the 2024 Cameron J. Miller Award.
