Bradley Partner Giovanni Giarratana Named 2026 On the Rise Winner by Florida Legal Awards

Bradley is pleased to announce that Giovanni Giarratana, a partner in the firm’s Tampa office, has been selected as an “On the Rise” winner in the 2026 Florida Legal Awards presented by ALM’s Law.com.

The Florida Legal Awards recognize the extraordinary talent and achievements within Florida's vibrant legal community. These awards celebrate the individuals and teams who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and commitment to excellence across a wide array of practice areas. Winners will be honored at an awards ceremony on April 29, 2026.

Mr. Giarratana represents clients in complex litigation, as well as in civil and criminal investigations, enforcement actions, and compliance matters across a broad range of industries — including healthcare, government contracting, education, manufacturing, and construction. His experience includes defending clients in federal civil and criminal jury trials, representing clients in enforcement actions involving alleged violations of the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Stark Law, and conducting internal investigations initiated by whistleblower complaints.

Outside of defending clients, Mr. Giarratana is actively involved in the community and has served in leadership positions in national, state, and local organizations. He is engaged in the firm’s pro bono activities and serves on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.
