Haydn Richards Quoted in National Mortgage News on President Trump's Puzzling Policy Section

Bradley attorney Haydn Richards was quoted in National Mortgage News about whether President Donald Trump’s recent executive order addresses a real problem in the mortgage system.

Richards said the current registration process for mortgage loan originators is already simple and efficient.

"It's basically seamless," he said. "There's really not a way to reduce requirements there."

The executive order’s call to eliminate “unnecessary requirements” may be misplaced because the system it targets is not widely seen as burdensome.
