Bradley’s Retail, Digital Commerce & Consumer Brands team advises entertainment, fashion and beauty, food and beverage, technology, travel, and hospitality companies on transformative transactions, as well as workforce strategy, regulatory compliance, supply-chain management, intellectual property, product launches, crisis response, and future-focused planning. The team also helps consumer brands, retailers, and digital commerce companies proactively identify, manage, and mitigate product-related and consumer-facing risks and respond decisively when issues arise to protect brand reputation, preserve consumer trust, and reduce exposure.

“Retail and e-commerce businesses are constantly adapting to changes in consumer expectations, new technologies, regulatory requirements, and the competitive landscape,” said Ms. Buese, who focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes with an emphasis on consumer-facing industries and retail brands. “Clients need legal advisors who understand not only the law, but also the business realities behind the decisions they are making, and we are excited to partner with clients to help identify growth opportunities and mitigate risk in their daily operations.”

The Retail, Digital Commerce & Consumer Brands team draws on Bradley’s multidisciplinary capabilities to support clients throughout the lifecycle of their businesses.
