Junaid Odubeko is a litigator whose practice focuses on advising and representing clients in complex commercial and business disputes and real estate litigation. Businesses turn to Junaid for assistance with matters involving contract disputes and business torts. Junaid also represents clients in litigation involving real estate contracts and condemnation actions. He is known as a hard working and dedicated attorney, and his clients rely on him for his thoughtful, effective, and efficient resolution of their legal needs. Junaid has represented clients in many industries, including healthcare, financial services, transportation, lodging and entertainment and insurance.

Junaid is designated as an ANSI Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He is an integral member of Bradley’s Cybersecurity and Privacy team, counseling clients on the latest developments regarding state privacy laws, including the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

In addition, Junaid represents clients in a variety of state regulatory matters before the state’s various departments, boards and commissions. His administrative law experience includes representing insurance producers before the department of commerce and insurance and representing utility companies before the Tennessee Regulatory Authority.

Junaid also represents and advises clients in the political arena on legal issues and issues related to campaign finance. His experience includes winning dismissal of a complaint for improper coordination against a congressional campaign committee before the Federal Election Commission. He also serves as an adjunct professor of Campaign Finance and Elections Law at Vanderbilt University Law School.

Prior to joining Bradley, Junaid served as legal counsel and deputy legal counsel to Gov. Phil Bredesen, serving as the governor’s liaison to the Tennessee Attorney General and each state agency.

A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Junaid is a 2001 graduate of the University of Tennessee – Knoxville with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science. He received his J.D. in 2004 from Vanderbilt University Law School.
