Amanda Gialil is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Her practice focuses on advising public and private companies on a variety of corporate matters, including formation, mergers and acquisitions, and international trade regulations. She also has experience assisting with Corporate Transparency Act filings, drafting non-disclosure agreements, and conducting due diligence.
Amanda received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law with high honors. She earned her M.S. in Global Studies & International Relations from Northeastern University and her B.A. in International Relations from Boston University.
