Lauren Green is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group who works tirelessly to advocate for her clients. Her broad experience includes handling actions alleging Lanham Act and unfair competition claims and Wage Hour Act, unfair trade practices, breach of contract, non-compete, and employment matters related to long-haul COVID discrimination and retaliation under the ADA.
Lauren earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she served as an articles editor for the Wake Forest Journal of Law & Policy and as vice president of the Women in Law Association. During law school, she had two litigation externships through which she worked on a variety of matters in civil and criminal courts. Lauren served as a general litigation summer clerk in the Texas Office of the Attorney General, where she conducted research on issues ranging from the governor’s COVID-19 policies to employment matters in federal and state courts.
