Michael advises clients on regulatory issues affecting financial institutions, including banks, non-bank lenders, and insurance agencies. His work focuses on concerns surrounding the offering of consumer financial products and services, including licensing, employee compensation, loan origination and servicing, customer information sharing and privacy, consumer disclosures, telemarketing, and the sale of add-on products, particularly debt protection products.
Bradley was selected to receive the award by the Alabama State Bar Committee on Volunteer Lawyer Programs. The award recognizes outstanding pro bono efforts of attorneys, mediators, law firms and law students who are actively donating time to the civil representation of those who cannot otherwise afford legal counsel. The award also honors individuals who encourage greater legal representation in and acceptance of pro bono cases.
George R. Parker, a partner in the firm’s Montgomery office, was appointed at the 2019 Alabama State Bar (ASB) Annual Meeting to serve on President Christy Crow’s Executive Committee for 2019-2020. The ASB is dedicated to promoting the professional responsibility and competence of its members, improving the administration of justice and increasing the public understanding of and respect for the law.
