Safe Alliance, a North Carolina community organization, has recognized Bradley’s Charlotte office and Robert A. Cox Jr., a partner in the office, for their pro bono work with Safe Alliance’s Victim Assistance/Legal Representation Program that helps victims of domestic violence who seek Domestic Violence Protective Orders (DVPOs).
Bradley and Rob each received the Safe Alliance Commitment to Justice Award in recognition and thanks for outstanding contribution to the Legal Representation Program. Rob leads the firm’s involvement, which partners with attorneys from Bank of America’s legal department to handle individual cases for clients.

He has extensive experience advising businesses on structuring and growing their businesses in a tax-efficient manner.
Tara represents clients in a variety of litigation matters involving contracts, franchising, investments, torts, financial services, and intellectual property. Her practice also emphasizes fiduciary, trust and probate litigation. She has represented franchisors in contract disputes, enforcement of non-competition agreements and restrictive covenants, actions to protect intellectual property, and other business torts. She represents financial services companies in state and federal litigation and regularly defends financial service providers against various claims.
