Leadership: Building Your Skills for Empathy in Communication

This panel will discuss ways in which we can better communicate with our

clients and colleagues, thereby strengthening our leadership skills within our

practice. Topics will include discussing the traditional law firm mentality,

juxtaposed with the need to:

-overcome implicit bias in gender and diversity in the workplace;

-understand and meet client expectations; and

-address generational gaps
