This session reviews recent and pending regulatory changes related to mortgage servicing and offers best practices for strengthening servicing QC procedures to ensure compliance. Specific topics discussed will include working with state-wide HAF programs, FHFA’s recent LEP announcement regarding the transfer of data, and qualifying borrowers for loss mitigation.
